Keyboard: Space Between Field and Keyboard

Is there a way to specify the spacing between the keyboard pop up and the a text field within a ScrollView?

When a textfield is focused below the keyboard pop up, the ScrollView acts as it should and scrolls up to reveal the textfield above the keyboard. However, it is flush against the bottom of the text field. Is there a way to modify this?

Note that this behavior happens whether there is a keyboard toolbar attached or not.
